RR-48
The RR 48 M achieves its maximum efficiency on high speed and main lines. Its flexibility allows different rail profiles such as open tracks and level crossings. Suitable from very light cyclical intervention to heavy corrective grinding.
The Advantages of RR-48
The RR-48 M has high production with the help from the 22 kW electric water cooled grinding motors able to achieve high reliability and high accuracy when it grinds; once finished, it meets tight tolerances. There is minimum environmental impact as the machine is equipped with water-cooled spark deflectors, efficient dust collection, and a high-pressure water spraying system.
It enhanced safety for the operators by providing longer stone life, real-time display of rail cross-section, and remote-controlled washing of the switch base plate, allowing minimal presence of operators on the track.
