Rail BandSaw RAILBAND 630
Rail BandSaw RAILBAND 630
The Rail Band Saw RAILBAND 630E has been developed specifically to enable the running rails on track to be cut in situ without the need to remove either of the current rails. In addition, Railband Saws provide safety above traditional grinding disc rail cutters as grinding discs are not used.
Advantages of the Railband Saw 630 E
The Rail Band Saw RAILBAND 630 consists of two parts: the saw frame assembly, which contains the major operating parts of the machine, and the clamping device.

The saw produces high-precision cuts quickly and efficiently due to the sturdy machine frame. To ensure the safety of the operator, the saw is spark-free, easy to handle with low hand-arm vibration, low noise level and no grinding dust.

The long blade life is due to low torsion. Under normal and correct operation, a single band saw blade has a longer service life due to reduced band twist. Applying the right force necessary for cutting and minimizing wearing off the blade. It will complete a minimum of 5 cuts up to 10 cuts before failing or becoming unstable when cutting any type of running rail.
