The Ultrasonic Testing System allows real-time modification of all parameters (gain, threshold, etc.), data recording, and all parameters of all acoustical probe channels. Real-time processing, report editing, and marking of the rail by painting are thanks to the iRFASX01, or Intelligent Rail Flaw Analysis System. The interactive software displays and gives users the ability to analyze defects in real time while testing on a railway.

It also includes the UTView operator system, which provides LED indicators, values, measurement areas, and warnings. It ensures reliability and reduces the risk of false indications (small or false defects). With GPS enabled, it provides highly accurate and detailed records of the track inspection.

There is flexibility in modes including standard ultrasonic, stop and confirm, and non-stop/post verification.
